GG Lakers
Kinda. That game was ugly as shit to sit through. Lol

That was the most frustrating game of all time for both teams at certain points

God we needed that. Didn't think we'd pull it off, but our defense just ramped up in the second half

Hope Rudy is good, your double big setup is so unique for today's league, I kind of love it haha

Timberwolves commentators are the worst I've never heard.
1
u/mattschilly Apr 01 '23
I thought they were pretty fair honestly, weren’t really blaming the refs for anything and called the game as it was.

You clearly didn´t watch enough Raptors broadcasted games to know better :)

I'm ready for a fresh stream of Lakers free-throw posts. Can't wait to hear yet more complaints about how the Lakers are carried by the refs please 🥺❤️

It's funny because any other team would be praised for having such a free throw disparity. But when it's the lakers it's because you cheated.

KAT might be the worst defender I’ve ever seen lol. Guy has no idea what to do ever

u/RansomGoddard Heat Apr 01 '23
Was that not a backcourt violation earlier?
1
u/turnoffredesign69420 Lakers Apr 01 '23
You can throw it into the backcourt under a certain amount of time left in the game
1
u/RansomGoddard Heat Apr 01 '23
I know that. He did not cross in time though.
2
u/turnoffredesign69420 Lakers Apr 01 '23
Oh right I did notice that! Was the shot clock below 24 when they called that timeout? Maybe that was the reason
3
u/Rswany Timberwolves Apr 01 '23
This season is gonna be hella disappointing if (when?) we don't make it out of the playins.
1
u/KUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUZ Lakers Apr 01 '23
its already disappointing for your future that you traded all that you did for gobert when you had gobert at home. (naz reid, walker kessler)

KAT is the worst defender I’ve ever watched bro. Seems like AD’s eyes would light up when he would see KAT in front of him lol.

If some of your players are as sick as the announcers are saying, why put them all on the same bus? Why not put the sick players on a separate bus or private cars? That's just asking to get the rest of your team just as sick, at a time when every game counts.

Every dozen or so games, LeBron will have a game where plays like he is 38. This is one of those games.

I mean unironically we are as well. Already had a hard time with the size of KAT and Rudy

Timberwolves relying on Mcdaniels to create offense?
Bad coaching lol.
1
u/Rswany Timberwolves Apr 01 '23
Jaden's offense has been great lately.
Casual
1
u/OkayThatsKindaCool Lakers Apr 01 '23
Lol good luck with that 😂
He doesn’t create. He gets created for. You know his teammates right? Reading comprehension at an all time low.
1
u/Rswany Timberwolves Apr 01 '23
You're embarrassing yourself.
1
u/OkayThatsKindaCool Lakers Apr 01 '23
5/13 5 TOs
As the fourth/fifth option on the wolves. Against the small Lakers with no wings lmao.
Keep relying on him to be Mikal Bridges.

Not the reason we lost
But Wolves have 15 fouls this half 💀
2
u/Ok-Ebb7967 Apr 01 '23
Yeah I’d say it was the 40% fg and 30% for 3 while getting dominated in the glass, giving up 30 fast break points while allowing 64 points in the paint that did the Wolves in

u/Thimit22 Timberwolves Apr 01 '23

this game is over anway, but that rip through move needs to be out of basketball

1
u/Booby_Collector Apr 01 '23
I mean, sure the ball was loose, but the only player within like 15 feet of where the ball was headed was a Lakers player... Shouldn't that have counted as clear and obvious immediate possession?
1
u/otiso_niloc Lakers Apr 01 '23
I get the logic, but that kind of grey area makes rules impossible to enforce
3
u/otiso_niloc Lakers Apr 01 '23
Good to see Rudy back. Thought it was just bumped knees but that was a long absence if it was only that

Man, they should make rip-throughs like that an offensive foul.

I actually hate the rip-through move. I feel like KD perfected it, and now everyone does it.

You know they have to watch every angle 5 times before actually admitting they fucked up.
5

Lol this could be a playoff game and it would still be an excessive review time for a 13 pt game with 3 min left cmon

"I´d like to get a ref lookalike shirt with a 48 in the back in honor to Scott Foster"
Said no one ever.

I'm surprised Rudy isn't in there, if he's ok... The Wolves were doing work against us with the double bigs
1
u/LakersLAQ Lakers Apr 01 '23
In the first half. Idk what the hell they were doing in the 3rd even with both.
6
